Office Manager (M/F)

For immediate employment in its headquarters in Kortenberg (Vlaams Brabant), ADI is looking for a multilingual office manager (m/v) with great sense of commitment, organization and order, eager to “run the (back-)office” and complete our small team of passionate professionals.
Who we are:
ADI (founded in 1970) is a leading international trade group in the automotive sector. Its role is to co-ordinate sourcing (through international agreements with premium car parts manufacturers), communication and technical support for a network of over 3000 distributor outlets in 40+ countries.
ADI fulfills a crucial role in European automotive mobility, both for private and professional purposes.
The Role:
- Reception and welcoming
- Be the first contact on the phone and live for our business relations
- Office administration: file management, international correspondence both electronically and hard copy, bookings & reservations
- Invoice processing
- Payment administration
- Organize meetings/events from A – Z (invite – book - organize) in Belgium and abroad
- Interacting with all company functions (commercial, marketing, BI)
- Reporting to the company Managing Director
Required soft skills:
- Great sense for organization and punctuality
- Dependable, committed and responsible
- Able to work autonomously
- Sense of initiative
- Can-do and will-do attitude
Required job-specific skills :
- Fluent in minimum 3 languages: FR or NL, GB.
Any additional language(s) is/are an asset (ES, …) - Current MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of invoicing processes is an advantage
- Some experience in a similar role or function can be a plus

BI & Marketing Assistant (M/F/X)
Are You a multi-lingual and hands-on all-rounder? Then You are the person AD International is looking for to support the Marketing Director and Business Intelligence (BI) Officer in their daily tasks.

Short job description:
- Management address data bases
- Collecting, analyzing and lay-outing data
- Ad hoc support at general BI tasks (e.g. processing quarterly reporting)
- Lay-outing brochures, newsletters
- Updating websites
- Updating social media channels
Required skills:
Bachelor degree or equal through experience
- Hands-on
- Multilingual (NL – GB – FR is a must), any additional language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (in particular Excel)
- Knowledge of the following software is an advantage: Power BI, Access and/or Adobe CC (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
- Team player
- Willingness to learn additional skills
